Quilter Heather Kinion used to speed through her quilt making process finishing lots of quilts every year but having a baby forced her to slow down. This forced decrease in pace led to a big surprise as she found a deeper creative voice! Slowing down her artistic decision making process led her to trust her own choices; even though it was more difficult than just racing forward, the reward was worth it.
This lecture will help quilters learn to locate their own artistic voice over the noise of everyday life AND to trust the choices they make as a result, setting them on a path to making more original and more personal quilts.
CART (Real-Time Captioning) will be provided for all lectures in the Lecture Hall.
