In this self-care focused workshop, students will get a chance to slow down and practice mindful stitching, while also learning about and practicing therapeutic techniques to increase well-being and unlock creativity. Students will work though a small art piece using applique and embroidery and designed through prompts exploring their own emotional world. Skills learned in this workshop can then be translated into a larger quilt or a long-term self-care practice.
