Learn how to create and use templates to make quilts that otherwise seem unmakeable! Playing with premade shapes, students will create a unique quilt layout. Together, students will learn fundamentals of piecing complex shapes and the logic of piecing order. Applying these new skills, students will disassemble their layout, create reusable templates, and reassemble the pieces to create a finished and unique quilt. This is a hybrid workshop, a portion of time will be spent with a no-sew design focus with a sewing focus thereafter.
Sewing machines generously provided by event sponsors!
