Prep Requirements: If you'd like to practice on a quilt that is larger than 45" square, during our time together, I recommend that you baste your quilt prior to the workshop. HollyAnne has a great tutorial here: https://www.stringandstory.com/blog/pinbasting
Discover the rhythm and beauty of hand quilting—made even more accessible with the help of a needle puller. In this welcoming, hands-on workshop, Daisy will start with the essentials: choosing the right tools, selecting thread, planning your quilting design, knotting off, and loading stitches. Then, students will learn how to seamlessly incorporate a needle puller into their practice. Whether you're managing hand fatigue or simply want a tool that offers better grip and control, the needle puller can transform the hand quilting experience.
All experience levels welcome, but the workshop is best-suited for beginners.
