Seats Available?: Sold Out Required Supplies: - Fabric: We will make 1 block in class. Each block has 3 main sections. The inner circle (4 pieces), the middle ring (4 pieces), and the outer petals (4 pieces). Michelle likes to make each section a similar color, but use different fabrics to keep it scrappy looking. If you have space, Michelle recommends bringing more fabric to have options. Scraps are perfect for this project! A Charm Pack would be perfect as well. Below are the MINIMUM fabric recommendations: -For the inner circle: (4) 2 ½” squares -For the middle ring: (4) 3 ½” squares -For the outer petals: (4) 5” squares
If you want to try fussy cutting your pieces, you’ll need bigger pieces of fabric. Also see “Additional Supply URL” below for more fabric selection guidance.
– Fabric Glue Stick - Sewline glue pen or a regular washable glue stick (like Elmer's). – Lightweight Thread - 50wt.-80wt. thread in a neutral color. – Needles - whatever you're comfortable EPPing with. Michelle likes to use a longer, skinny needle like a #10 or #11 sharp or straw needle. – Wonder Clips (at least 8) – Shared fabric scissors will be provided, but if you are traveling with your own fabric scissors anyway, bring them to help maximize class time.
Optional Supplies: - 1 Sew Tite magnet (Michelle likes the Lite Bar). - Thimble / Thimble tape - Magnifier - Needle threader - Thread conditioner
