Emily is a quilter, teacher, and pattern writer. She has been sewing since she was a teen and fell in love with quilting as a young mom. She loves to design quilts and enjoys the challenge of working with improvisational piecing on both small and large scale. Through the years Emily has enjoyed making zippered pouches between major quilt projects. She enjoys the quick and satisfying finish that zippered pouches provide.
